本人30多岁，直偏瘦，平时锻炼也不算多，但是也不是完全不动，以快走，慢跑，踢踢
腿，拉拉身体为主。

最近半年右侧hip和髋处疼，平时不疼，但是跑起步来疼的厉害，根本跑不了，快走20-
30分钟也会疼，我一开始以为是不是跑步的时候扭住了，卡住了，或者踢腿的时候踢很
了，要不就是没有warm up拉伤啥的。一开始也没在意，想就是停止跑步踢腿等，平时
就走走。结果半年多，还是没好好，跑两步右侧的髋骨处里面（就是右腿和身体链接处
）就疼的厉害，而且右腿感觉不得劲，感觉总有东西拽着。

于是就约专科医生看，一开始说怀疑有肌肉或者髋骨连接处撕裂，说做个outpatient的
缝合手术就好了，结果MRI做下来，说我要做个 femoral acetabular osteotomy的大手
术，就是把右腿股头截断，然后把链接的骨头和髋骨重新position,再把右腿钉上去，
说是因为右腿和髋骨链接不好是最终原因。

然后这个老头医生觉得我很可怜，不停的说很抱歉你这么惨，没有其他治疗办法了，我
差点再医生办公室哭下来。我出了医院立刻去做MRI的地方要了我的MRI结果，能否请版
上懂的医生帮我看看，我这个能保守治疗吗，我不做这个手术行吗。

MRI Findings：

There is no fracture or osteonecrosis of the right hip. There is a large
paralabral cyst along the anterior, inferior, and posterior inferior aspects
of the acetabular labrum with this cyst measuring 16x11x50mm (医生好像没有
跟我提这个cyst,不知道是他忘了，还是不重要) There is an anterior labral tear
seen best on the sagittal sequences. In the superomedial acetabulum there is
a focal area of full thickness cartilage loss with joint fluid tracking
along the cartilage loss and into the subchondral bone of the medial asepect
of the acetabulum.

The muscles and tendons surrounding the right hip joint are intact. No fluid
in the ilopsoas or greater trochanteric bursa. No muscle atrophy or endema.


MRI impression:
1. There is a large paralabral cyst around the anterior, inferior, and
posterior inferior aspects of acetabular labrum. There is a small anterior
labral tear seen best on the sagittal sequence. If more detailed evaluation
is needed, then a right hip MR arthrogram could be performed.

2. There appears be a focal chondral defect in the superomedial aspect of
the acetabulum with joint fluid tracking through the cartilage defect and
into the subchondral bone of the medial aspect of the acetabulum. This could
also be further evaluated with a MR hig arthrogram as clinically warranted.

不知道是不是第二个结果导致医生要让我做这个大手术。而且我们城市不够先进，医生
再帮我联系隔壁大城市和说如果隔壁州的大城市的医生， 说如果找不到医生有比较多
做这个手术的经验，要把我推荐到芝加哥做，而且医生说我要尽早做。

我们当地有个华人普通家庭医生，我已经约了appointment,让她帮我看看，她不是专
科，不过至少她能和我沟通的好一点，今晚也打算发给国内的家人，让他们找医生帮我
看看。（如果可以的话，能否请内行人帮我翻译一下关键的几点MRI诊断，我已经自己
查字典一个词一个词的翻译过来，自己有个大概的理解，但是怕翻译错了关键的东西）
我不想开刀，把好好的骨头切开，再钉上去，这个危险太大了。真的很害怕。
