晶状体浑浊 is cataract, can consider cataract extraction if it is viusally signifcant.晶状体脱落 is lens dislocation, need lens extraction emergently. 吃药和打针 is not going to help either conditions. If he is significantly myopic, he probably has vitreous degeneration/detachment, which causes the symptoms of seeing floaters. He needs a dilated fundus exam to rule out retinal detachement or tears.
