这种情况下修车多少钱，要报保险公司么？

在小区开车的时候边找人边开，没注意到前面，擦到一堆建筑材料上。左侧前灯所在的那块车皮凹进去好几块，新车，比较心疼。买的是全保，要报保险公司么？这种情况下能修么，是不是得把那块车皮都换掉，得多少钱啊？谢谢大家。

如果不报保险公司的话，那买不买全保有什么用呢？我一直想不明白...
再说保险公司能看出是别人撞我，还是我自己的原因？

在哪能拿到这种估计花多少钱的report呢，修车的地方么？我是不是把report给保险公司看，然后保险公司就会把除了deductible的钱给我？这样会不会就会记录一次accident？即使是我自己装在了墙上？
