如果是湿性黄斑退化 (血管渗出导致视网膜后部积液) 可以眼内注射 Avastin or lucentis (both anti-VEGF therapies) .  That is the most advanced therapies here is US to stop vessel leakage.   They are probably only available in large cities in china.  Alternatively, photodynamic therapy are useful if neither Avastin nor Lucentis are available.

if it's dry form of macular degeneration (visual cell degeneration), there is not much you could do beyond dietary and life style changes. Population studies found that eating omega-3 fish oil and vitamins (as anti-oxidants) are helpful.  Avoid strong sunlight damage by wearing sunglass.
