Thanks a lot, I am more bullish about TIE. I am hoping TIE will pay off my mortgage.
I will be very careful. I am researching on a few other stocks. but none has convinced me to pull money out of TIE yet.
so far NCTY and ADM look the most promising to me. What do u think about NCTY?

TIE earning is out. tomorrow market will react to it.
basically the earning is good. but whether market has already counted, has to wait till tomorrow see how market react.
今天由于石油暴跌， 和ADM遭到降级， 这些股票大幅度回调， 正如我指出的， 回调介入，可中期持有。可逐渐建仓ADM, BG, 观察MGPI, PEIX
I spend a few days on ADM and PEIX.
my very initial conclusion up to now is: ADM is a buy on dip, stay away frpm PEIX.
Bill Gates maybe into something more goodness than money. just like his old pal invested in the first man private spaceship.
the problem with ethanol i can see so far is: 1) it is not hard to produce. 2) if the brazil tariff is lowered, no domestic ethanol producer can compete
ADM on the other hand, gets subsidies from the government for many decades, and they will continue to get free money from the government. with the primary election coming, it is hard to see politicians to piss off politically strong farmers. and ADM is making money, their earning is out, it is up. oil altho down to 70 now, it is no doubt we will see 80 soon. and by the end of this year, 4/gallon easily. and people will get use to it. gas going up, ethanol plays like ADM will go up.
I think probably PEIX will have better up side than ADM. but i'd rather stay with ADM then PEIX.

我想说的是，我给大家推荐的都是中长期持有的股票， 千万不要短线乱炒。如果转势，我会通知。
如果你每天看几次股票的价格，这说明你关注过度了。如果你看到谁谁赚多少多少钱也头脑发热了， 我建议你do nothing.
If you are short term trading, the money you made (if any) will give back to the market eventually. Plus, Don't believe your own analysis. It is hard to take, but it is only for your good.
If I understand right, do u mean contrarian? Everyday I tell myself market is right, I am wrong. once a while market is right and I am right.. I consider those days as my lucky day.
I think people still should do their own analysis, but they need to let the market tells them whether their analysis is right. if not, do what market tell you to do.

今天又下降, 应该是BUSH把TREASURY SECRETARY换了引起的.
i closed my short positions today.
mm, market down, i have more confidence rather than less. fear is the feeling that you miss the opportunities or sell too early. greed is the feeling that you sell too late and end up losing.
I am not saying it is time to buy already. but i doubt how much more down side we have. I think DOW break 11000 presents a very good chance that market will stablize short term. but whether market will go up, not necessarily, you don't need any reason for the market to go down, but you DO need reason for the market to go up. From this point on, patience is very important.

I am an apprentice in the stock market and just start to do it.I am thinking about to buy ABB. My job is related to power industry, so I sort of know a little bit about the electrical equipment industry. Based on my understanding, this industry has been low for more than 15 years because the deregulation of the power market and many owners just focused on the financial profit and invest a little in the infrastructure.So lots of company were forced to get out of the market.Now it is the time for those old equipments to retire and the equipements market became alive again. So I personally believe that ABB, which survived after many years of depress, are in the best time in the market with less competitors and more demand. But there is one thing I really don't like ABB.I will talk about it later. XYIN and hhmouse, what do you think about ABB stock? I have no clue about those statistics index.
