贷款利率在往上走， 基本上房价稳定下来的可能性还不大， 应该说还要跌10%至少。。 

题外话， 中国现在的土地改革是怎么回事呀， 有知道的能给我一个message 么。。 我觉得这个事关重大呀。

怎么操作呀， 我也想买地。。 那是不是又向解放前有地主有雇工呀。 可以当周扒皮半夜鸡叫么可惜半夜我自己都起不来

你家以前是地主呀？

那有钱就可以大量的买地是么？ 只要按照规定耕种的地必须耕种么？ 但是这个我私有了， 我不种行不行？荒着呢？一亩地大概多少钱呀

我没敢撺掇我爸妈呢, 他们现在还没有想到这个。。。 不过我觉得他们想到也未必敢买

 我想落户农村了， 现在海归落户农村应该很容易吧。。。落了户就买地。买完了地我就做地主。。
