He don't deserve you and I have dated white guys before. If he cares and respect your feelings and culture, even though there's such bullshit three date rules, he will still wait until you're ready. Sex is an important part that decides weather two people can get along but not having sex is definitely not a"deal-breaker'". There might be other hidden reasons that he stopped seeing you. And before you jump into a relationship or start seeing someone seriously, you really have to always stay rational and calm. Men don't get hurt because they have rational minds to deal with emotional things. You don't even know him well so guess is is a really bad idea to care him that much.
