I was watching HGTV "what does your house worth?" . A couple lives in San Diego( if I don't remember wrong) for 25 years and they kind of hope their house worth 900~ 1Million. But guy do appraisal said at the end of show it's worth 830~840 They are really disappointed.  Appraisal guy told owners they have to realize recent market situation.
