I think that is T-Mobile: my friend was charged for using international calls, 1000+$. Even he has proof that he was using phone calling card because his card has the calling details, not using T-Mobile's international call. But T-Mobile still charge him. So he has to decline to pay it. That is the reason I called to cancelled my phone's direct international call function the first day I get my phone.
I don't know what happened to your friend but I believe that T-mobile doesn't do such things for no
reason, at least most of my friends have T-mobile and we are all very satisfied with their service,
except the signal is not very good sometimes.
I remember I had to activate international service to use it, not sure if it is by default your service
is activated by default?
Really?~~~ I had to activate my international service by calling T-mobile~ since I was travelling to Europe. Maybe I am too old a customer, I started using it more than three years ago.
Well gals you have to be careful when you dial, if you dial international then you should be responsible for the charge, nothing to complain.
