加州确实是个好地方，民风开放自由人群多种族，华裔比例还很大，住在那里的自在感堪比住在中国，工作退休都是好去处。有意在加州买房又怕地震火灾。大家能给指个路吗？在哪里买房可以避开这些天灾，还能有自在感？Oregon怎么样？有知道的姐妹来讨论一下吧。
