Black triangle appears because the papilla broke down with and after the inflammation that is triggered by bad oral hygiene. The pockets can be controlled. The resorbed bone can be regenerated but to have papilla regenerated to fix the black triangle is extremely difficult. This problem can be relieved by orthodontically making front tooth narrower and then bringing them closer to make the black triangle not that obvious.
