it is not that bad at all. Generalized mild(within 2mm) to few moderate(2-4mm) with #4D, #14D, #15M, #29D severe (more than 4 or 50%) horizontal bone loss, according to FMS only. it can be controlled by deep cleaning, localized medication and guided bone regeneration maybe.
