我们应该现在买房吗

单薪家庭, 收入税后每月5000左右, 小孩刚生, 暂时没有DAYCARE


想买20万左右的房子, (我们这里房子不贵, 但是也有房价上涨的趋势), 目前住公寓每月房租,


水电加起来1100左右(区比较好, 安全第一)


LD 想要等到有够20%的头款才考虑买房子, 但是我不想再跟房东续约一年.


现在问题是, 如果我们付10%的头款, 跟付20%相比利息要多付很多吗, 还有房屋保险也


要贵很多吗.

The REAL difference is that if you couldn't pay 20%, you may need to pay extra insurance to cover the rest principle you couldn't pay. Let's say if you pay 10%, creditor may require you to buy insurance to cover the rest 10% to insure their money. After you pay off 20% ofprinciple, you don't need to pay that insurance any more. So, you'd better to know how much that insurance is and whether you could afford it.



言之有理, LD也是因为考虑这个迟迟不下决心买房, 而且他懒, 怕事多. 有了自己的房子


要打理的事是不是也多呀.


我也觉得住自己的房子舒心.
