1,没有美国学历要申请那65000个H名额吗？我GG是在加拿大读的master and ph.d, now he is doing post doc in US. If he works after the post doc （这个不算是美国学历呀）, does he have to apply for one of the 65000 h1, since he doesn't have a US degree?
2,By the way, if applying for NIW,一般什么时候下的来呀？
3,如果GG申请了NIW，那我以后要是想转F1,是不是就会以移民倾向被剧了亚？

you can start GC process on your own too. and if you already start working, why you wanna be F1 in the future? you can go school while you work. and you should change to H1 once your EAD is up.
Because I am thinking going back to school after 2 year work, since I don't have US degree, so always feel忐忑不安那，哈哈。

2. NIW, now it may take forever with the visa retrogression. Probably between 3-6 years, I guess.
3. If you file 485 with your GG, yes, you won't be able to get F1 anymore.

我在想：可不可以我GG一边以加拿大公民的身份申请那个在边境就可以入关的工作许可，然后一遍用瑞士公民的身份申请green card lottery呢，不知道可行不呀？反正我的身份申请绿卡，我看算了，等个8年也不行的
