Result Narrative: History: R flank pain x 2 yrs. 有肾结石病史。 Comparison: None. Technique: Transabdominal grayscale ultrasound of the kidneys and urinary bladder. Findings:   The right kidney measures 10.3 cm. There is mild right hydronephrosis and hydroureter. No shadowing renal calculi. There is a 10 x 7 x 7 mm mildly complex cyst in the right kidney upper pole demonstrating a 3 mm mural nodule. Normal renal cortical echogenicity. Normal renal cortical thickness is noted. The left kidney measures 12.0 x 5.3 x 4.4 cm. No hydronephrosis or shadowing calculus. No renal cyst or mass is demonstrated. Normal renal cortical echogenicity. Normal renal cortical thickness is noted. The urinary bladder demonstrates no focal abnormality. Normal postvoid bladder volume residual of 19 mL. There is a 2.3 x 1.4 x 1.8 cm cyst in the prostate gland.     Impression:   1. Mild right hydronephrosis and hydroureter concern etiology. Recommend CT urography for further evaluation. 2. There is a 1.0 cm mildly complex cyst in the right kidney upper pole.

有点担心。刚看到结果，医生还没打电话。看到肾囊肿里有3毫米壁结节，好像不太好。
