I have worked for 7 years. Just bought a townhouse last year (around 25 M). I only have enough to pay 10% down. It takes forever to pay off. Why do you want to borrow a loan? If you want to live in US, you kind of having to get use to this idea. Even in China, many young peple borrow loans when they buy a house.
