My parents got B-2 visa (one year valid) and will come in November. I heard the custom officer only issues maximum 6 month stay upon arrival even the visa is for a year. Is it true? Does anyone know if you can require one year stay when you enter US? I need that information to buy air ticket for them. Thanks a million! If they do only get 6 month stay, can they go to Mexico or Candan in the middle of their stay to get another 6 month upon custom entry?
BTW, if I apply 延期for them, will it make their next visa application harder? Thanks!
