姑妈一家也挺不容易的，看了让人心疼。

不过人多多少少有点defect，不用自卑。希望医学越来越发达，把这些个病种灭绝掉。楼主只有积极预防和治疗，减小影响才是。

再说，楼主没有必要这么自卑。有不理解释是正常的。你老公顶住家里的压力跟你结婚相守，就是大福分了！

If you think this way, it just upsets you more. It differs in each family, this is not a perfect world and in most families there's something. Apparently your in-laws are not wise people. If you think in their way, you are making yourself un-wise like them.
