just be patient and practise more. you can find an english speak partner, spend about 30mins everyday. also, listen to the radio, watch tv and read newspaper. all of that will help you to improve your english. dont feel frustrated, since it's not like you do all of that today and next day you can speak fluent english. it takes time.
