I have been using cards from Chase for many years.  First was their Toy R Us card, since they offer the in-store coupons.  Then, it's their Amazon card.  You get credit for any Amazon purchase.  Their customer service have been bad and good.  If you call few years ago, you probably would hear people speaking with accent.  Lately, they are quite friendly and very helpful.  That's my experience with their customer service.
