那还有专门的ATM 卡? 是专门用来从CHECKING OR SAVING里面取钱的?

通俗一点：
ATM卡和debit卡都是跟你的银行帐户连接，直接从帐户里边取钱（你取的是你自己的钱）
至于debit跟ATM的差别，我的理解是debit 既可以用来取钱也可以用来购物，而ATM只能用来提款——比较粗浅，mm上网可以google到一些区别。
credit card跟银行帐户没有关系，你用它取钱相当于找信用卡公司(或者发卡银行)借钱，取出来的不是你自己的钱，算CASH ADVANCE，一般的话要收3%手续费，另外马上就开始算利息
mm提到preapproved这个词，我相信你说的卡是一张credit card
