Pretty much agree with lz3456.  In adddition to those, I've heard Fidelity has better customer service reps and Fidelity's technology, back-end and front-end, is state of the art. Fidelity is both a mutual fund company and a brokerage firm, whereas Vanguard is a mutual fund company that has brokerage service.
