大多数情况都可以waive掉，如果你以前一直保持良好的pay off the balance的记录就更应该不成问题了。打电话问问，just in case, if the customer rep you called doesnt seem to waive the late fee, hang up and try again.  Another rep will pick it up and another outcome might happen.
