Actually this is one of the hot business (legally in US and some europe countries, not sure for other countries ). I read a article a few months ago (don't remember from BusinessWeeks or yahoo finance). p-2-p loan is very profitable and lucrative business. there are established online services (i think they might be the next big thing, like ebay). those services minimize the risk and maximize the profit.
