美国比如Texas 以前就是墨西哥的, 人家墨西哥人觉得本来以前就是自家领土。。 所以边境偷渡问题存在已久， 人家大摇大摆进来也是有历史原因的。。Before Texas was a U.S. state, it was its own independent nation where both Mexicans and white immigrants were citizens.
