那张手填的是几年前以F1入境时候填的,应该缴那张而不是新的H4上面的I-94?

H1/H4 approval notice 上都有写明,当出境时应该缴右下角的那一联.

"He or she should keep the right part with his or her Form I-94,
Arrival-Departure Record. This should be turned in with the I-94 when
departing the U.S "

没搞懂什么意思.

所有的都要交?大家都是这样做的吗?
