基本上就是临床试验证明积雪草中含咖啡因和肉碱帮助体内微循环所以能瘦身。还可以帮助治疗妊娠纹和修复伤口。但是这些试验都是用的提取物并非油。

唉，这个帖子又让我想起不常见的一种精油，岩玫瑰。时不时地想起看见过一个台湾的MM说什么岩玫瑰+大西洋雪松+另外两种精油一起搭配对于振奋精神等等有奇效。

有的时候和面油其实没有太大关系吧。像我有的时候会在原来长痘的地方继续蹦豆子，那段时间我也没改变日常保养的步骤什么的。估计那个地方的毛孔原来就没有清除干净。

长痘就先停一停等皮肤温度一下再试吧。
