The receipient bank in China is Citic (Zhong Xin Yin Hang). I did not convert it to RMB though. Just opened a multi-currency account with Citic and wired the USD to that account.

As the online wire transfer limit is $50,000, you have to go to a branch office to wire $200,000. Chase charges $45 for the outgoing wire. Citic did not charge me anything for the incoming wire.

There is no tax impact for out going wire. However, if you plan to wire the money back to the USA in the future, the transaction maybe caught by IRS and you have to report and pay tax on the earnings of these assets.
