i have both chase and citi, they are about the same, 5% on gas and some grocery store.  I think there was some posts on citi card limitation, but i never checked my statement to figure out.

i like chase a little more since it is simpler, no GC to apply and wait.  and for international travel, the exchange rate is a little better than citi.
