i thought the rumor was to increase 0.5, but anyways, the market react positively to FED decision and outlook.  there does not seem to be a whole lot change in FED position, and finding the reason may not be so important.

i m just wondering if it is time to get in, i assume yes, and if Nasdaq keep going up and break 2270, it maybe a good indication that market has changed trend.
