我自己:
1)黑咖啡+牛油果+白煮蛋+核桃/开心果+枸杞干
2)喝咖啡+牛油果+各种蘑菇炒蛋
小孩(未必健康也很多碳水,但我目前只在意尽量不他们吃甜的早餐,纯甜的最多一周一次)
1) sliced white mushroom + diced onion+ diced sweet pepper omelet, Greek yogurt +blueberry smoothie
2) overnight oats (oats +chia seeds +almond/whole milk +Greek yogurt) topping with fresh berries/banana/Kiwi
3) scallion pancake +pan-fried egg+ breakfast sausage ,avocado+ apple+ Greek yogurt + sweet Macha powder smoothie
4) garlic portobello mushroom +scabble egg+ bacon/beef(lamb) kabob + whole milk
5) oats omelet (oatmeal powder+ almond milk+ egg+ diced onion/pepper/tomatoes) + whole milk
6) pan-fried egg + hashbrown+ fully cooked bacon /kabob+ whole milk
7) sliced white mushroom + baby spinach + crumbled bacon omelet, meshed avocado mixed with sweet Macha powder and plain kefir
8) others apple turnover, blueberry muffins, chocolate croissant, red bean buns, donuts...
