I did not pay the first late fee, then they charged me late fee every month, and give a report for every month.

So now I never go shopping at AT any more. I never got any coupon from AT while I used their card for shopping, and in the end, just because of one invalid payment (actually I made the payment before due date but selected the invalid bank account, and I made payment instore as soon as I noticed the mistake and also exchanged ideas with their assistant, and do whatever I could to solve the problem), they brought me such a big trouble.

Even in the long run, I still need to improve my credit history. So I'd better not cancel/open any new credit card, and try to make payment in full everytime???

Lesson learned - Sometimes the 1st assistant said it could be waived, but the 2nd and 3rd assistant will deny it. So even if you want to argue with them, make the full payment first, then ask for money back.

Damn it. But once I was told that since I made the payment, it meant that I thought it was correct. So they would not refund me any more.
