他讲得非常好。但是，国家教育部从60年代起每年都给公立大学专项拨款，设置Upward Bound Program, 专门提供课程和辅导员帮助贫苦孩子申请大学。我就是在这个项目工作过，我的同事们都特别耐心、热情，认真负责地指导学生们怎么申请大学奖学金，提高学业成绩，并且真诚把学生们当朋友看待，常常聊天，分享，解决学生之间的矛盾等等。如果明年新总统把国家教育部都直接解散，个人觉得对贫困家庭孩子更加不利。
但愿Vance一直记得自己的成长过程，和Trump聊聊，至少起到一定的制衡作用，尽量避免阴阳失衡。
