After reading the post, I called 1-800 254-8790 to open the account with Citibank. (I've never have an account with them before). I mentioned the coupon code: MGCh to their representative. She simply told me that the qualification for getting the bonus is:

1. Oepn a checking account with remaining balance of $1,500.00

2. Sign up for direct deposit or use they online bill payment for 3 months.

I already have the account opened on the phone, and now I just wait for my $200.00 bouns.  :) Somehow, it will take 6 monthes for the bonus to be added into my account.
