我存过一次. 后来30天内Cancel的, 没有问题, 不过Cancel的时候, customer service很rude, 偶不太高兴.

I called and said, "i want to cancel the program".

He asked "may I know why do you want to cancel it?"

I said, "I JUST want to cancel it"

He was still asking, "why?"

I said, "I don't like the program"

he said, "but you do like the check we sent to you, don't u?

I felt offended a bit, and replied "yes, I DO. why not? Is it a problem? Isn't it the promotion that your company offered to its customers? Anything else, if not, just cut the crab and cancel it immediately." Then I hung up without waiting for his answers.

Week later, I got the cancel confirmation mail from Chase.
