MM你不知道为什么叫阿娇。
阿娇=阿gill＝gillian。
娇的广东话发音跟gill一样，不要连人家的名字也取笑了。

I thought that MM meant the reason why she's so 汗 is because Gill is so fake but still has such a nick name....
That's the interesting part! She didn't mean to be named with 阿娇, but fans granted her this nick name because she actually was following the inocent path in her public apperance, and now boo...everything looks so ironic.
