是的， 迷糊还好点， 因为里面有奶，我家奶喝的多，1天40多oz

而且我家大胖草会看人，对着我爸妈就大喊大叫，对着我叫我就叫更大声的告诉他，表叫，叫就不给吃，他就乖乖的等一会了。

If you can afford sfh, it is better.
you can calculate how much mortgage without hoa and how much mortgage +hoa you can afford ...
plus, hoa is not tax deductible ...

你家的也不便宜么，除了基本的还由啥？水？电？cable tv?还是earthquake insurance? 我家比较习惯250左右的， 房子是pa的， sfh想都不能想，450-水费50=400，比250多出150，请问每个月多付＄150 如果算在mortgage里面是多少钱2w?3w?4w?zt突然病的厉害， 从没看他那么sick过， 没办法做功课了， 还不知道如何，病的不行的话脑袋也不清楚,人家就这几天就收offer了， 不知道还能不能递， 这房子1800sqt+, 80小几w, 比低hoa的至少低7~8w还是有的， 考虑到娃上daycare, 存养老金，single income生活问题，我们有点撑90w的房，80小几的还好
