Try the excel amortization schedule template below (click the URL and download the template). It appears to be pretty handy. The spreadsheet creates a payment schedule for a fixed-rate loan, with optional extra payments. It tells you the interest portion and principle portion of your monthly payment, as well as remaining principle at any point during the term of the loan. This template can also be used for mortgage payment calculation, as long as the loan is a fixed-rate loan.

我今天还想呢，好久没看到你，是不是还在国内腐败呢

国内腐败了一个礼拜，虽说天天都是吃海鲜为主，还是肥了一圈 ！
又去了德国一趟，尝试了一下德国的悬磁浮和著名的grilled pork knuckle, 坐饱了飞机回来了。发誓今年再也不出远门了。Travel 累S了！

Vacation 其实是只有2个半礼拜。就是Vacation前几天都很忙，没有空来这里报道。在国内嘛忙着FB，家人朋友同学天天给我安排活动，笔记本背到国内都没什么用。怪想你们的！所以今天一到就来上网了。。。

是的，今天白天睡了6个小时，晚上8点多时又有些悃了，结果忙着unpacking, 没有去睡，现在清醒了！！
