For these years I have opened some accounts at some of the banks.

Following are some of my experiences, hope it helps, (for my  魅力)

Citibank: 

              Bad    : Long wait to talk to the customer service.

              Good: Online banking is good, right now the new esaving is really good, fast, easy to open if you already have an account with citibank.

Chase :   Customer service: bad,  I've tried 1800 number for a few days in a row, and customer service is either down or closed.

Bank of America: 

customer service: OK, you need to have pay for mantenance fee if you have low balance checking account.

Good: you could withraw money from china construction bank without paying any fees.  and the exchange rate is good too.
