[求助]citi的据信，帮忙看看有没有办法解决

已经使用信用卡快10个月了，想尝试申请一下citi的platinum select master card，结果又一次被据了哈。现在有两个问题想问问大家，请前辈指点一下
1. 这种卡是不是就是可以返钱5%那种呢？
2. 据信告知理由是：Your credit bureau report shows your have no revoloving accounts with a balance. 请问这个问题可不可以通过什么方式解决，然后让citi重新确认从而make them reconsiering my application again?

1) Dividend is the one with cash back.
2) mail their rejection letter to the credit bureau, asking a free copy of your credit report. Then check whether your information is correct there.
在明确一下，你说的dividend是需要使用一段时间以后转成那样的卡，还是说我申请的那种的其实就是dividend卡，只是因为我requirement不够才没有申请成功呢？
