You will need to find out why you have root resorption and what type of root resorption it is. some of resorption could be fixed by retreatment of RCT, some need surgery. You should go to other dentists, specially endodontist for consultation.

some dentists prefer implant, which has more predicable result, but I think your own teeth will be better than anything else.
