我公司401k的政策是这么说的：

xxx company contributes matching dollars to your account of 25% of the first 4% you contribute to the plan up to a maximum of 1% of compensation which will be vested over 4 years.

是不是我一年买15,000公司才match 150? 如果真是这样，还要不要开401户口？买吧，就省一点税，钱也给套住了，还没买房呢。
