This way:

1) payee is the one or company you want to pay.

2) for credit card payment, fill in their address (as is on your bill). For the account number, it is your credit card account number (usually it is the number on your crard). The address will tell them which credit card company you are paying.

3) if they say they will mail a check, they will mail a check for you to your credit card company to pay it. They mail the check because they can not do the electronic paying for it. It is normal.
