short answer (my option): reasonable nice fund.
long answer: http://quicktake.morningstar.com/Fund/Snapshot.asp?Country=USA&Symbol=CWGCX&fdtab=snapshot
ps: for the load funds, it is not totally bad. thought it may reduce your earning. we should not reject a fund just because it has a load. if there are corresponding non-loan fund, get the non-loan ones. otherwise, get the lower loan ones.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
How is this one: 2040 TRRDX?
that one, and the corresponding one from vanguard, etc. are desgined for those who do not want to care too much about the retirement money. and it should be good for many people, in my mind. It will adjust its distribution and risk from year to year, so we do not need to worry about it.
Just one personal option: I think most of our Chinese can choose the one with future retirement year. For example, if I will retire in 2040, I may choose the 2045 one. The 2045 one may have greater return (greater rish) than then 2040 one. However, most Chinese here have their own saving account (unlike most americans, who has very little in the saving account), in this way, we can withstand greater risk in return for greater return.
Anyway, that is my own thought.
pay attention to purchse fee though. Many funds, if buying from certain brokers, will charge a transaction fee each time you buy (this is not good for automatic investment in your case).
