China and India have the same problem: need to 规范化 many things. I just read a report on MSN, saying in this point, China is a little bit better than India. In any sense, that is the common problem for all the "developing countries", as expected by everyone.

For that reason, almost all, if not all, developing countries and emerging countries are ranked as high risk places to invest, but also with (hopefully) high return.
