Not sure of the "ultimate online saving", but regular "online saving", you can withdraw money from it in local branch easily. Or, you online transfer the money to regular checking/saving, then go to the local branch to withdraw.

By the way, if I remember it, citi ultimate needs some minimal balance requirement, right? (most accounts require it though).
