Besides grapefruit and Juniper, what other kinds of essential oil are "有助于脾脏健运的精油"?

What's the nomal concentration for "刮刮"?

Is that OK to do the "刮刮" action during the winter time? Isn't the winter the season for "storage" (Chinese "cang2")?
