You should just use the Form 1040, or Form 1040A, or Form 1040-EZ, depending on how much income you have, if over 100,000, please use Form 1040. If you want to itemize your deduction, use Form 1040 and Schedule A.请教一下 ，我们去年刚拿了绿卡，那今年我要们填１０４０表和 ８８３３吗 ？谢谢.

They can't, because her husband is not a resident in the US. She should use Married Filing Separately.帮朋友问个问题。
