I pay my Credit Card (of Bank A)  from the checking acount in Bank B.
No fees at all~
What I usually do is that I schedule a payment from my online Credit card acount, input the route number and the account number (the one from Bank B) for the very first time. it will be payed automatically and  no fee was charged so far.....
