last year I have to hand in to state tax, how should I fill in for 1099-G, should I type -107.6$ or leave it as 0 ? Or 107.6$( but this is wrong, I didnot have any refund, but report 107.60 to state )

why you would fill in 1099-G? isnt that the form sent to you that has already filled out by the irs? if you think it reports to you is inaccurate, you may contact the local tax authorities.
